Producer history Prunotto

Origins date back to the cooperative cellar 'Ai Vini delle Langhe' founded in 1904; the Prunotto family took over the company in the following decades and the business gradually evolved into a recognized reality of the Langhe. Over the years ownership and management changed, and since 1994 production has continued with the involvement of the Antinori family, while maintaining focus on the territory and individual vineyards such as Bussia and Costamiòle.

Production philosophy

Emphasis on vineyard care and territorial expression: management of parcels and single vineyards to bring out the specificity of the Langhe and Monferrato. An approach aimed at balancing tradition and innovation, improving agricultural practices and enhancing the characteristics of each cru.

Territory

Langhe, Monferrato and the Nizza/Costamiòle area; administrative headquarters in Alba, with production and cellars also in Bussia (Monforte d'Alba) and vineyards in Agliano/Costamiòle.
