In the glass a fine, continuous perlage opens up, accompanying an immediately pleasing aromatic profile: notes of green apple and citrus intertwine with hints of toasted yeast and bread crust in an unforced way, with an underlying note of bitter almond. You can also perceive a graceful floral note and a mineral hint that help make the profile more lifted. The Chardonnay base gives a balanced body and pronounced freshness, supported by a sapidity that cleanses the sip and invites the next taste.

On the palate it is lean yet convincing, with well-integrated acidity and a texture that maintains drive and clarity; the persistence is pleasant, tending toward fresh and elegant rather than opulent. The magnum bottle promotes a soft, harmonious reading of the wine: serve chilled — it is excellent with seafood appetizers, shellfish, or grilled fish dishes, and also pairs well with fresh cheeses and light preparations.
