The Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon of the Linea 1840 by H. Lun stands out for its fresh and vibrant expression that faithfully reflects the mountain terroir of Trentino-Alto Adige. Obtained from Sauvignon Blanc grapes carefully grown in vineyards located at high altitude, this wine highlights the minerality and climatic peculiarities of the area. The aging takes place mainly in steel, thus preserving the aromatic purity and the bright structure of the grape variety.
In the glass, it presents a brilliant straw yellow color and an intense aromatic profile in which herbaceous notes typical of Sauvignon emerge, accompanied by fresh fruit notes such as peach and citrus, balanced by a delicate hint of aromatic herbs and a light mineral vein. The taste is dry, savory and harmonious, with good acidity that ensures persistence and freshness. Perfect paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and summer salads, it represents an authentic elegance of Alto Adige winemaking.
