Amarone Classico Tommasi is produced with native grapes which, after being harvested in October, are left to dry on special racks, in the lofts, until the following February. It then matures for three years in Slavonian oak barrels, perfectly interpreting the classic style of the appellation; the result is an excellent wine, soft, juicy, structured and complex.

In the glass you can admire its deep ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose flow aromas of juicy black cherries, aromas of dried fruit and sultanas, notes of cooked plum and wild herbs, with hints of white pepper and licorice that inebriate and conquer the sense of smell. In the mouth it is particularly complex and round, very persistent with soft tannins.

A drink of class and quality; a wine that it goes perfectly with aged cheeses, red meat or game, particularly exceptional with jugged hare. Bringing this red to the table will certainly be a good choice.
