Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Velina di Bolla presents a full, enveloping character, capable of combining concentration and harmony. At first impression notes of ripe fruit and jam emerge, supported by an undercurrent of sweet spices and light earthy hints; on the palate the wine shows warmth and substance, tannins that are present but well integrated, and a freshness that balances the richness of the sip. The structure is elegant without unnecessary force, with a persistence that invites you to rediscover the aromatic profiles as you taste.

It pairs naturally with structured dishes: braised dishes, roasted red meats and aged cheeses, but it also stands up well to more indulgent pairings such as dark chocolate in measured portions. It should be served in large glasses, ideally after a short aeration that opens the aromas; the recommended serving temperature is moderate so as not to weigh down the bouquet. A wine to bring to the table with respect, suited to moments of pleasant sharing and to an attentive tasting.
