The Lison Pramaggiore DOC "Le Storie" from Tenuta Sant'Anna expresses a measured and intriguing character: in the glass it shows a vertical profile, with clean aromas and good olfactory definition that recalls white-fleshed fruits and light floral notes, supported by a subtly saline underpinning. The sip is balanced, with well-calibrated freshness and a structure that doesn’t seek excess; the texture is pleasant without being opulent, the finish clear and the drinkability smooth, suited to those who appreciate wines with a sober but distinctive temperament.

At the table it finds its place with uncomplicated Mediterranean dishes: cereal-based first courses, aromatic risottos, grilled fish, white meats and soft cheeses. It’s a versatile companion for more structured aperitifs as well, and for those looking for a frank, pleasant wine. Serve lightly chilled to highlight its freshness and sapidity without masking its balance.
