L'Amarone della Valpolicella Valpantena DOCG Magnum di Bertani è un vino di grande prestigio che rappresenta al meglio la tradizione vitivinicola della Valpolicella. Questa speciale edizione in formato magnum, confezionata in una raffinata cassa di legno, esprime una maestosità unica, perfetta per occasioni importanti.

Prodotto con uve autoctone come Corvina Veronese e Rondinella, l'Amarone si distingue per l'appassimento dei grappoli su graticci prima della pigiatura, una tecnica che concentra gli zuccheri e conferisce al vino una struttura complessa e avvolgente. Dopo una lunga fermentazione e un invecchiamento di almeno tre anni in botti di rovere, questo vino si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso, tendente al granato.

Al naso, offre un bouquet ricco e profondo, con note di frutta matura come ciliegia e prugna, integrate da sentori speziati di cacao, tabacco e noce moscata. Winery history
Founded by the Bertani family in the second half of the 19th century, the winery has built a long tradition tied to Valpolicella and to the production of dry wines and wines made using the appassimento method. The historic estate includes Villa Mosconi in Novare di Arbizzano di Negrar, a site closely linked to the origins and preservation of many local winemaking practices. Bertani preserves an extensive sequence of historic vintages and has contributed to defining the Amarone style in the area.
