Amphora Rosato Riserva from Cirelli, a blend of the 2015-2017 vintages, shows a bright cherry-pink color with coppery highlights that invite you to taste. On the nose it is intriguing for its complexity: just-suggested ripe red fruits, citrus zest and earthy notes from aging in amphora, all supported by a mineral streak that keeps the profile fresh and lively. It is not a light rosé but retains a natural elegance. It shows room for evolution in bottle and, with a few years, can develop greater tertiary complexity without losing freshness.

On the palate it displays a smooth structure and an almost silky texture, with balanced acidity and a savory quality that extends the finish; the tannins are discreet and contribute to a pleasing length on the palate. It pairs best with flavorful dishes — fish in sauce, well-spiced white meats or semi-aged cheeses — and is suited to both convivial occasions and rustic preparations. Ideal serving temperature 12-14 °C to fully appreciate its finesse and aromatic richness.
