Antitesi Rosè by Avanzi is an excellent example of how the local grape varieties of the Garda area can be transformed into a fresh, elegant, and characterful rosé. Produced from selected Corvina and Rondinella grapes, this rosé stands out for its delicate and brilliant pink color, which hints at a rich and complex olfactory bouquet.

On the nose, Antitesi Rosè offers an explosion of fruity aromas, with dominant notes of strawberry and raspberry, enriched with floral nuances and a slight herbal touch. The influence of Lake Garda is evident in the subtle balance between freshness and minerality that pervades each sip, making this wine extremely pleasant and versatile.

On the palate, the liveliness of the acidity perfectly balances with the wine's structure. Antitesi Rosè flows suave and smooth, leaving a sensation of freshness that invites another sip. The finish is persistent and aromatic, with a pleasant echo of the fruity scents perceived on the nose.

Ideal as an aperitif, this rosé wine pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, and can surprisingly accompany sushi or sashimi. Equally delightful is its pairing with fresh and delicate cheeses. With a recommended serving temperature around 8-10°C, Antitesi Rosè expresses its qualities best, offering a tasting experience that encapsulates the elegance and unique terroir of its production area.
