Il Falchetto's Arneis Langhe DOC is a white wine that captures the essence of Piedmont, a region renowned for its high-quality wine production. This wine is made exclusively with Arneis grapes, a native varietal that has found its ideal habitat in the Langhe area.

The tasting immediately reveals its complexity and elegance. On the nose, Il Falchetto's Arneis Langhe DOC presents a rich bouquet, where floral notes of chamomile and acacia emerge, enhanced by hints of white-fleshed fruits like pear and peach, and a light touch of fresh almond that confirms the typicality of the grape variety.

In the mouth, freshness is the distinctive trait. The well-balanced acidity blends with a medium body leading to a pleasantly persistent finish, leaving a sensation of cleanliness and aromaticity, bringing back the same olfactory sensations of fruit and white flowers, with a slight mineral aftertaste that invites another sip.

The winemaking is done respecting tradition but integrating modern technologies to best preserve the aromas and freshness of the grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short rest on the fine lees to further enrich the wine with complexity and texture.

Il Falchetto's Arneis Langhe DOC is excellent as an aperitif, but it shows its best when paired with fish dishes, seafood, light first courses, and fresh cheeses. A wine that is not only a celebration of the Langhe territory but also an expression of Italian winemaking excellence capable of conquering every palate.
