The Barbaresco DOCG Asili 2020, produced by the renowned Ceretto winery, is an exceptional red wine that fully reflects the nobility of the Piedmont territory. Presented in an impressive Jeroboam format, this Barbaresco is ideal for special occasions or as the masterpiece of your wine collection.

Vineyards located in the prestigious Asili area give life to a wine with garnet red color and orangish reflections that intensify with aging. On the nose, it opens with a complex and inviting bouquet, characterized by aromas of cherry, rosehip, and nuances of spices and tobacco, the result of 18 months of aging in oak barrels.

On the palate, the Barbaresco Asili offers a robust yet elegant structure, with finely woven tannins and excellent acidity that promises long aging potential. The flavors reveal themselves in layers, with notes of ripe red fruits, licorice, and a long finish reminiscent of dark chocolate.

Perfect to taste with rich dishes such as braised beef with Barolo or mushroom risotto, this wine will prove to be a fascinating discovery year after year, evolving wonderfully in the bottle. The Barbaresco DOCG Asili 2020 from Ceretto is a masterful specimen that conveys the power and delicacy of the great wines of Langa.
