The Barolo DOCG Bricco Rocche - Magnum from the Ceretto winery represents a high-quality example, an expression of Piedmont's winemaking tradition. Cultivated in the specific parcels of Bricco Rocche, the Nebbiolo, from which it is entirely produced, benefits from an ideal microclimate that contributes to the complexity of its bouquet.

This Barolo presents with an intense ruby red color, tending towards garnet with aging. On the nose, it offers a rich aromatic profile, revealing notes of ripe red fruits, tobacco, cocoa, and subtle hints of rose and violet. On the palate, the entry is vigorous yet elegant, with well-structured tannins and balanced acidity that promises excellent longevity.

It is advisable to decant the wine at least an hour before serving to fully appreciate its nuances. Ideal pairings include red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses. Perfect for special occasions, the Magnum format is also an excellent addition to wine lovers' collections. Its optimal preservation is up to 25-30 years if kept under ideal conditions, testifying to the highest quality and attention to detail of the Ceretto winery.
