Il Barolo DOCG della rinomata cantina Ceretto rappresenta un'eccellenza nel panorama dei vini piemontesi. Prodotta nelle colline di Barolo, questa etichetta è un emblema del Nebbiolo, vitigno che qui trova una delle sue massime espressioni grazie al clima e al terroir unico di questa area.

Il Barolo Ceretto si distingue per il suo colore rosso granato intenso con riflessi aranciati che si intensificano con l'invecchiamento. Al naso offre un bouquet complesso e profondo, con aromi di frutta matura come la ciliegia e la prugna, note di tabacco, cioccolato e lievi sentori di fiori appassiti. In bocca, il vino sfoggia una struttura robusta e tannini ben integrati, segno di un ottimo potenziale di invecchiamento. Winery history
A family winery with roots dating back to the 1930s; its commercial and winemaking activity began with Riccardo Ceretto and developed under his sons Bruno and Marcello, who in the 1960s started acquiring vineyards and emphasizing their connection to the territory. Generational continuity has led to modernizing agricultural practices and the winery while maintaining a focus on the terroir.
Production philosophy
Focus on minimal intervention and respect for the land: conversion of vineyards to organic practices and reduction of winemaking interventions. Enhancement of the territory and integration with cultural and gastronomic projects.
