Barbana, Biljana, Kozana (BBK) from which the name of this wine derives, three small towns located in the heart of the most famous Slovenian wine-growing area.

The grapes are carefully selected and harvested manually. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 20-22 ° C followed by maturation in the same fermentation containers on the fine deposit for 8 months with frequent bâtonnage and short aging in the bottle.

The influence of the Mediterranean climate gives this wine with a bright light yellow color, a specific pleasantly fresh and citrus aroma. On the palate the wine demonstrates good body and the right balance of acidity and mineral notes.

An excellent aperitif wine with a harmonious and very versatile taste, it is paired with salads, risottos with vegetables and with seafood that gives the best of itself.
