Beaujolais Villages Nouveau - Georges Duboeuf is a wine that represents a more refined and complex selection than the traditional Beaujolais Nouveau, while maintaining the freshness and liveliness that characterize new wines. Produced by the cellar of Georges Duboeuf, one of the most emblematic and respected figures in the world of Beaujolais, this wine comes from the Beaujolais Villages areas, where the soil and climate contribute to giving the wine greater structure and aromatic intensity.

Gamay grapes, the protagonist grape variety of Beaujolais, are carefully selected from vineyards located in the hilly areas designated as Beaujolais Villages, which stand out for the superior quality of the grapes produced. As with the classic Beaujolais Nouveau, Georges Duboeuf's Beaujolais Villages Nouveau is also vinified through the carbonic maceration technique, which allows the fruity aromas to be enhanced and to obtain a light and pleasantly drinkable wine, but with an additional complexity given by the selection of grapes.

At sight, the wine presents a lively and inviting ruby red color. On the nose, Beaujolais Villages Nouveau offers an intense and complex aroma of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries, cherries and a note of banana, a distinctive characteristic of wines produced with carbonic maceration, enriched by floral and spicy nuances.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a medium-light body, with a perfect balance between acidity and fruitiness. Drinkability is immediate, an essential characteristic of Nouveau wines, but with a structure and aromatic intensity that reflect the particularity of the Beaujolais Villages vineyards. The finish is fresh and persistent, with a pleasant cleanliness that invites another sip.

Ideal to be enjoyed young to appreciate its freshness, Beaujolais Villages Nouveau - Georges Duboeuf is perfect as an aperitif or paired with a variety of light dishes, including salads, starters, fish dishes and white meats.
