Be enchanted by the Bianchello del Metauro Superiore DOC BIO produced by the renowned Tenuta Campioli. This wine represents excellence in organic winemaking from the Marche region and stands out for its quality and meticulous production.

The Bianchello del Metauro Superiore presents a light straw yellow color, sometimes with greenish reflections that attest to its freshness. On the nose, it is notable for its delicate and complex bouquet, where aromas of ripe white fruit intertwine with subtle floral notes and a slight hint of almond.

On the palate, this wine reveals a surprising balance between acidity and body. Its freshness is balanced by a structure that only high-quality wines with a long winemaking tradition can offer. The aftertaste is pleasantly persistent, leaving a clean sensation and inviting another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Bianchello del Metauro Superiore pairs magnificently with fish dishes, shellfish, and light appetizers. It is also an excellent companion for vegetable-based specialties and fresh cheeses.

Produced in complete harmony with the surrounding environment, without the use of chemical pesticides and respecting the natural cycles of the vine, this wine not only satisfies the palate but also the conscience. Sipping a glass of this prestigious Bianchello del Metauro Superiore DOC BIO is a toast to the earth and its extraordinary ability to produce products of indisputable quality.

Winery history
The Fiorini estate has been in the family for generations. Its activity began when Luigi Fiorini purchased the land in the early 20th century, and the first vineyard was planted in 1930. Over the 20th century management passed to Valentino and is now overseen by Carla Fiorini. The winery has expanded its vineyards, facilities and range of labels while maintaining strong family continuity.
Production philosophy
The estate prioritizes respect for the fruit and the land: it practices full organic farming, hand-harvesting, and winemaking aimed at preserving the grapes' aromatic characteristics through gentle processing techniques and careful control of oxidation.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the hills of Barchi in the municipality of Terre Roveresche, at about 350 metres above sea level. The area is characterised by gently rolling hills a short distance from the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines, ideal for Bianchello del Metauro and other local varieties.
Awards and recognitions
International and national recognitions, including medals at the International Wine Challenge, WineHunter awards, and mentions in guides such as Duemilavini.
