Bianco dei Posseri - Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT - Borgo dei Posseri is a bright expression of the Dolomites territory, an area where the mountainous reliefs favor unique microclimatic conditions for viticulture. This IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti denomination tells of vineyards nestled on sunny slopes, where the thermal excursion enhances the freshness and aromatic richness of the grapes.

The wine features a fragrant bouquet, intertwining delicate floral notes with fruity hints of citrus and green apple, and a mineral background that recalls the limestone of the area. On the palate, it is balanced, with a vibrant acidity and a pleasant sapidity that lengthens the finish, making it a versatile companion at the table. The aging mainly takes place in steel to preserve the freshness and integrity of the aromatic sensations.

Perfect with fish dishes, delicate appetizers, and fresh cheeses, Bianco dei Posseri is a bottle capable of conveying the purity and verticality of the Dolomites, ideal for those looking for a lively and territorial white wine.
