Bianco Dolce from Château de Rieussec is a sweet white wine bearing the Sauternes AOC designation. Its profile belongs to the Sauternes style: a wine for those who enjoy pronounced sweetness and a leisurely tasting experience. As no information is provided about the vintage, grape varieties or ageing, it is best not to assign specific aromas or characteristics linked to a particular harvest. The designation and wine style offer a general indication, but do not replace the specific information on the bottle.

At the table, it can be served with relatively simple desserts, fruit tarts or dishes made with dried fruit; it can also provide an interesting contrast with strongly flavoured cheeses. The choice of pairing depends on the sweetness of the dish and the balance you wish to achieve. It is a bottle to share at the end of a meal or to enjoy on its own, in small sips. For the best experience, serve it chilled, but not so cold that its character is obscured.
