The Bianco IGT Alberata Prefilossera from Drei Donà is presented with the wording referring to the alberata training system and the “Prefilossera” designation. This description reports only what is stated on the label: the IGT classification and the note about vineyard management. No details on vintage, grape variety or specific territorial origin are provided here, in order to respect the available documentation. The tone is restrained and factual, highlighting the producer without assigning undocumented attributes.

In the glass it shows balanced freshness and a saline character that supports the sip; the aromatic profile is composed, with moderate fruity and floral hints. It suits informal yet considered consumption: good as an aperitif and with light fish dishes, vegetables and fresh cheeses. Recommended serving temperature around 8–10 °C; intended for those seeking a straightforward Bianco IGT, presented only according to the label information.
