Pairing Fish, vegetables, white meats; excellent as an aperitif.
The Bianco IGT Cuvée from Volpe Pasini presents itself as an easy-drinking white wine for everyday use, also suitable for informal occasions. In the glass it shows a bright straw colour and a nose of medium intensity, with impressions of white-fleshed fruit, subtle floral hints and a touch of citrus freshness. The approach is balanced and unassuming, conveying a sense of clarity that invites the next sip.

On the palate it confirms a light to medium structure, with a body supporting fruity flavours and a gentle saline finish. The acidity is lively but not overpowering, contributing to a smooth drinking experience. It pairs well with delicate seafood dishes, grilled fish, salads and light starters, and works as an aperitif wine. Best served cool and enjoyed young to appreciate its freshness and fragrance. Suitable for those seeking an accessible white with pleasant character.
