The Bianco Toscana IGT by Emilio Primo, produced in the dedicated lands of the Marchesato, represents an all-Tuscan wine excellence. This sparkling wine is born from a careful selection of typical white grape varieties of the region, harvested in vineyards exposed to the Tuscan sun that impart freshness and liveliness to the wine. The aging in steel helps preserve aromatic purity, enhancing delicate scents of white flowers, citrus, and light mineral notes typical of the territory.

On the palate, it is harmonious, with a pleasant freshness balanced by a subtle structure that leaves a long-lasting memory. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fresh fish dishes, shellfish, and summer salads, this Bianco Toscana IGT embodies the authentic spirit of Tuscan tradition, offering an elegant and fragrant tasting experience that celebrates the link between grape variety, territory, and local wine culture.

The winery preserves the rural heritage passed down from father and grandfather and has integrated it with modern technical knowledge to develop production in Bolgheri.
Production philosophy
Production is founded on respect for traditional farming and on artisanal vineyard care, balanced with the selective use of technical innovations. The estate aims to express the identity of the territory with wines that respect the expressiveness of the cultivated varieties, practicing viticulture attentive to sustainability and the health of the vines.
Terroir and vineyards
The winery is located in the Bolgheri area, between Livorno and Grosseto, characterized by maritime influence, microclimates moderated by sea breezes, and a wide variety of soils. Terre del Marchesato is situated in the intermediate zone called “Le Ferruggini”, part of the so-called Bolgheri production triangle alongside estates such as Guado al Tasso, San Guido and Ornellaia.
