The Birra Collesi Blanche, produced in the picturesque Marchigian hills, is a refined interpretation of the witbier style, characterized by a delicate balance of citrus and spicy aromas. Made with a recipe favoring light malts and a gentle hopping, this blanche stands out for its freshness and the typical turbidity due to the use of unmalted wheat. The result is a light and silky body, with notes of coriander and bitter orange peel that emerge fragrantly on the nose and envelop the palate with a pleasant vibrant acidity.
Suitable to be served chilled, this beer pairs perfectly with light dishes such as salads, fresh cheeses, and seafood, proving to be an excellent companion for moments of summer conviviality. Its craftsmanship and attention to the quality of the ingredients reflect the unmistakable style of the Collesi brewing tradition, an authentic expression of the Marchigian territory.
