Birra Collesi Blanche stands out for the refinement and balance typical of Belgian blanche beers, reinterpreted with the care and passion of a historic Italian brewery. Produced in the Marche region, this top-fermented beer captivates with its light and refreshing body, obtained from a selection of pale malts and an aromatic bouquet enhanced by the classic use of spices such as coriander and bitter orange peel. The maturation, carried out in the bottle, gives a fine perlage and a creamy foam, accompanying citrus and cereal notes with a delicate hint of acidity.

In the glass, it presents a pale straw color with opalescent reflections that recall the artisanal tradition of Collesi. The taste is pleasantly soft and fresh, ideal as an aperitif or paired with light fish dishes, summer salads, and fresh cheeses. A beer that celebrates biodiversity and the regional character of the Marche, perfect for those seeking lightness and complexity in a sip.
