The Blanquette de Limoux Cuvée Françoise Rosé Brut from the Antech label shows a pale rosé colour and a fine, persistent perlage that highlights a fragrant, composed profile. On the nose there are crisp red berries, rose petals and a citrus hint that keeps the overall impression lively; freshness is immediate and the salinity subtle, while the body remains lean and elegant, with a balance that favors drinkability over power.

On the palate the sip is smooth, supported by good acidic tension and a light creaminess that caresses the mouth; the bubbles accompany without weighing it down, leaving a clean persistence that invites a second glass. Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany crudités and seafood, it also pairs well with delicate cured meats, light savory tarts and fresh cheeses. Also ideal for summer brunches and convivial moments. Recommended to serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, to enhance its liveliness and finesse.
