The vine produces a fairly compact bunch, with thick and consistent skinned grapes, and is grown in low vineyards on sandy hills. It overcame the phylloxera unscathed and still today has maintained its "free foot", without American rootstock.
The grapes are harvested manually in the first week of October. In this version, after maceration and cleaning the must it is fermented for 4 months.
In the glass it pours with an intense ruby red color. On olfactory examination it denotes and accentuated and characteristic aroma. When tasted, it is dry, yesapido and moderately tannic.
