Maison Joliet is the négociant house affiliated with Domaine Joliet in Fixin (Burgundy), selecting and marketing wines from the Côte d'Or and other Burgundian appellations, including Premier Cru selections such as Clos de la Perrière.

Winery history
The project originates with the Joliet family, connected to the Manoir de la Perrière in Fixin. According to information published by Domaine Joliet, Bénigne Joliet began developing the idea of a wine trading house as early as 2013; the first commercial selections were presented from 2023 onward, with a relaunch of the project linked to the return of Camille Joliet and the use of the Manoir’s historic cellars.
Production philosophy
Showcasing Burgundy's terroirs through carefully curated selections: Maison Joliet operates as a négociant, selecting grapes and wines that represent the villages of the Côte d'Or, preserving the identity of Pinot Noir for the reds and Chardonnay for the whites, and relying on the historic cellars of the Manoir de la Perrière for vinification and aging.
