The Bourgogne Pinot Noir "Vieilles Vignes" from Jean Chartron is a fine example of how terroir and history can merge into an unforgettable wine. Sourced from the ancient vineyards of Burgundy, this Red wine is a pure expression of the Pinot Noir grape, known for its elegance and finesse.

The artisanal care in the harvest and winemaking process stands out in every sip: maturation in French oak barrels refines the tannic structure, enriching the bouquet with complexity. On the nose, notes of ripe cherry, wild strawberry, and a spicy hint of clove intertwine with earthy and forest floor nuances.

On the palate, the Bourgogne Pinot Noir "Vieilles Vignes" from Jean Chartron reveals a silky texture and a refined balance between acidity and soft tannins. The finish is long and persistent, with a return of the fruity and spicy notes perceived on the nose.

This wine is ideal for Pinot Noir enthusiasts looking for an authentic expression of Burgundy, capable of evolving beautifully in the cellar for the coming years. It pairs perfectly with delicate meat dishes such as roast duck or mushroom-based dishes.
