The Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir of A. Chopin et Fils represents the essence of Burgundy's wine elegance, a region that embodies the refinement and tradition of Pinot Noir. This wine is born from vineyards located in dedicated terroirs, where the temperate climate and clay-limestone soil give the grapes an extraordinary complexity and finesse.

In the glass it shows a bright ruby red color, which anticipates a delicate and refined bouquet dominated by aromas of small red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, enriched with floral notes and a slight hint of sweet spices. Aging in neutral oak barrels preserves the freshness and aromatic purity typical of Pinot Noir without overpowering it.

On the palate the wine stands out for its elegant structure and soft tannic texture, accompanied by a pleasant acidity that gives liveliness and harmony. Ideal paired with light meat dishes, such as roasted chicken or game, and delicate cheeses, this Bourgogne Rouge truly expresses the unmistakable character of the grape variety and the Burgundy terroir.
