Even today the label is one of the winery's emblems; born thanks to the wonderful Montelupo vineyard and the help of friends and advice from established Langa producers.
The harvest takes place in the second and third decade of September. Subsequently the grapes are fermented in thermo-controlled tanks for 15 days and then refined in large barrels for 8-10 months. Filtration is not used.
A chalice that is colored intense ruby red, with violet reflections. In the mouth the structure is rich and decisive. The nose is intoxicated by floral and fruity aromas with notes of violet, currant and black cherry.
A persistent and highly drinkable red with a long finish to be savored alone or in company. In combination with grilled meats, game, roasts, savory first courses and platters of aged cheeses, this refined wine gives the best of itself and thrills the spirits of all diners.
