More questions

The Cabernet Sauvignon DOC of Azienda Agricola Gaggioli stands out for its decisive character and enveloping structure, the result of careful work in the historic production area of central Italy. Cultivated with care on well-drained soils, this wine best expresses the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, with intense notes of ripe red fruits and typical herbaceous hints that outline its aromatic profile.

The aging process, in wood for a selected period, gives complexity and softness to the palate, with balanced tannins and a persistent finish. On the nose, nuances of black pepper, sweet spices, and slight hints of cocoa emerge, enriching an elegant and refined drink.

Perfect paired with grilled red meats, roasts, or aged cheeses, this Cabernet Sauvignon DOC is an excellent expression of the territory and the artisanal passion of Gaggioli, ideal for those seeking an intense and harmonious wine.
