Torresella's Cabernet Sauvignon Veneto IGT displays a beautiful, intense, luminous ruby color; in the glass the profile is immediate, with sensations of dark berries, ripe cherry and light herbal nuances that complete its character. Freshness is clearly present, balanced by an elegant sapidity that keeps the sip flowing; the tannins are measured and contribute to the structure without becoming austere, making the wine approachable yet convincing.

On the palate it reveals itself as full and well-textured, with balanced acidity and moderate persistence that leaves room for fruity echoes and a hint of spice. It is a versatile wine, perfect for accompanying savory dishes such as grilled meats, light stews, stewed mushrooms or aged cheeses; it is also enjoyable after a short period of aeration. Serve at a mild temperature (around 16–18 °C) and, if desired, open the bottle a few minutes beforehand to release the bouquet. A wide glass helps bring out the aromas while its balance makes it pleasant at the table even during informal meals.
