The Calabria Rosso IGT "Gravello" from Librandi is a distinctive expression of the Calabrian territory, a wine that captures the essence of native varieties in a harmonious and complex blend. Born from the union of Gaglioppo, the regal grape variety of Calabria, with a selection of Cabernet Sauvignon, Gravello is a wine that stands out for its robust structure and rich flavor profile.

The color is intense, with ruby hints fading into garnet. The nose reveals a complex bouquet, where fruity notes of blackberries and cherries blend with elegant accents of vanilla and spices, thanks to aging in French oak barriques. The result is a seductive and multi-layered aroma that invites tasting.

On the palate, Gravello thrills with its full-bodied tannic structure, balanced by a lively freshness that refreshes the palate. The mature flavors of red fruit intertwine with nuances of chocolate and tobacco, culminating in a persistent and aromatic finish. This wine shows remarkable aging potential, evolving beautifully over the years.

Served at a temperature of 18°C, Gravello pairs splendidly with intense dishes such as red meat roasts, game, or aged cheeses, enhancing their flavors with its marked presence.

In the vineyards of Librandi, one can sense the commitment to vine care and grape selection, which is beautifully reflected in this wine. Gravello is not just a wine, but a liquid story of the Calabrian terroir, narrated with each sip. This label represents an excellent choice for those who wish to discover the richness and depth of Calabrian wines.
