Carafon XO n27 is a Grande Champagne AOC Cognac signed by Daniel Bouju and presented in a wooden case that highlights its character as a collectible bottle. On the nose it opens with an elegant and complex profile: floral hints intertwine with notes of dried fruit, honey and vanilla, with a touch of sweet spices that adds depth without weighing it down. The palate is soft and enveloping, with a well-balanced body and measured sensory warmth; the texture is silky and the persistence confirms the finesse typical of Grande Champagne. This XO lends itself to moments of contemplation: ideal to be enjoyed neat, at room temperature or slightly chilled, to capture all the aromatic nuances.

It pairs well with dark chocolate, aged cheeses and small dishes featuring dried fruit, or simply as a fine digestif after dinner. The wooden case also makes it a refined gift or an elegant addition to one’s collection.
