The Castello Barolo DOCG - Bricco Carlina is a sublime expression of the Piedmontese terroir, renowned for its rich and intense wines. Made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, this wine carries with it the tradition and elegance of the Barolo area, universally recognized for producing high-quality wines.

Visually, the Barolo Bricco Carlina presents itself with an intense garnet red color, which tends to develop orange nuances with aging. On the nose, it is complex and profound: notes of ripe red fruit like cherry and raspberry emerge, enriched by nuances of tobacco, leather, and light hints of vanilla and chocolate, due to aging in wood.

On the palate, the Castello Barolo DOCG - Bricco Carlina is full-bodied and well-structured, with robust yet elegant tannins, promising excellent aging potential. The fruity flavors blend with earthy and spicy notes, typical of Nebbiolo, and the finish is long and persistent, characterized by pleasant aromatic complexity.

This Barolo is ideal to accompany rich and structured dishes, such as red meat roasts, game, and aged cheeses. We recommend decanting it for at least an hour before serving, to allow the wine to fully express its complexity.

Aged for at least 24 months in oak barrels and further refined in the bottle, the Barolo Bricco Carlina is a wine that can proudly represent the Castello winery in the world, offering enthusiasts a rich and memorable sensory experience.
