The Catalanesca del Monte Somma IGP Katà of Cantine Olivella is a white wine born on the slopes of Monte Somma, within the Campania production area distinguished by its mineral-rich volcanic soils. The Catalanesca grape, native to this region, gives the wine a vibrant freshness and a complex aromatic profile, evoking notes of white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit, and slight herbaceous hints. The aging takes place in steel, preserving the natural liveliness and purity of the fruit.

On the palate it is harmonious, with a pleasant sapidity given by the volcanic soil, balanced by moderate structure and good acidity, making it an ideal companion for seafood dishes, raw fish, and light Mediterranean cuisine dishes. A wine that elegantly tells the story of its land of origin, offering a fresh and satisfying tasting experience.
