The Chablis by Chartron Et Trebuchet represents an example of exquisite elegance, hailing from the renowned wine region of Burgundy in France. This wine, strictly made from Chardonnay grapes, reflects the pure essence of its terroir, known for its unique limestone soil and climate that contribute to the wine's freshness and distinctive minerality.

Visually, it presents a light straw-yellow color with bright highlights that foreshadow its vivacity. On the nose, the Chablis by Chartron Et Trebuchet releases delicate aromas of citrus, green apple, and floral notes, enriched by a subtle hint of flint stone minerality that is typical of wines from the Chablis region.

On the palate, the wine offers a fresh and clean entry, followed by a surprising medium-heavy complexity that perfectly balances the acidity. Flavors of lemon, green apple, and a light trace of almond stand out, concluding with a long and persistently mineral finish.

It is a wine that faithfully expresses the typicality of its territory and pairs wonderfully with seafood, baked fish, or mild goat cheeses. Even on its own, it represents an excellent choice for an aperitif that will intrigue and delight enthusiasts of pure and refined white wines.

Aged in the ideal conditions of the Chartron Et Trebuchet cellar, this Chablis is ready to be enjoyed today but also has the potential to mature further, resting in your cellar to express new complex nuances in the coming years.
