Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru - Les Baudes - Domaine Serafin represents an excellence of the Côte de Nuits, a terroir renowned for the refined expressiveness of Pinot Noir. Coming from the selected vineyards of Les Baudes, this cuvée elegantly and delicately expresses the identity of its territory. The wine is distinguished by an intense bouquet, combining scents of ripe small red fruits – such as cherry and raspberry – with floral hints of violet, enriched by light earthy and spicy notes typical of the Burgundian terroir.

During aging, it takes place mainly in French oak barrels, which impart a fine tannic texture and a harmonious balance without overwhelming the varietal freshness. The structure is silky and enveloping, with a persistence that invites contemplation and pairing with dishes of sophisticated delicacy, such as white meats and soft cheeses. A true jewel of the Chambolle-Musigny denomination, capable of telling the soul of Pinot Noir in its most elegant form.
