The Champagne 333C. 3 Cepages Nature by Gaspard Brochet is a refined and pure expression of the Champagne terroir. This cuvée is crafted from a harmonious blend of three grape varieties: Pinot Nero, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, each meticulously handpicked from vines managed through sustainable farming practices. Each grape variety contributes distinctively to the wine's final profile.

The production method follows the tradition of "Cuvées de Prestige," with an initial fermentation followed by long aging on lees in the bottle, imparting remarkable complexity to this Champagne. The 333C. 3 Cepages Nature stands out for its natural quality and lack of dosage, allowing for a crystalline expression of the Champagne's chalky soil mineraliness and freshness.

On the nose, the wine exudes delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, and subtle notes of brioche, while on the palate, it presents a vibrant acidity balanced by a creamy texture that lingers in a long and clean finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with raw fish dishes, oysters, or as a sublime conclusion to a meal.

Independent winegrower of the Montagne de Reims (Écueil) producing artisanal, terroir-driven Champagne with minimal intervention.
Region: Champagne
Country: Francia
Grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier
Winegrower based in Écueil, active in the Montagne de Reims. Cuvée notes: the '333' series and bottles identified by names such as Le Lion and La Pie; production focused on expressing the cru. Sustainable approach: low-impact practices, in conversion to organic, and environmental certifications indicated by distributors/retailers. Low-tech winemaking with spontaneous fermentations and very low dosage.
Winery history
Son of a family of winegrowers from the Montagne de Reims, Gaspard Brochet left graphic design to train in oenology and take over the family vineyards. In the mid-2010s he began bottling under his own name, refreshing his approach and image while continuing the family tradition on the hills of Écueil and the surrounding area.
Production philosophy
Low-intervention viticulture to enhance biodiversity and the terroir; environmentally respectful practices with a gradual conversion to organic/HVE production, documented by various sources; in the cellar, spontaneous fermentations are preferred, with limited use of additives and low dosing to express the personality of each cru.
Terroir and vineyards
Montagne de Reims. Vineyards divided into multiple parcels, on sites with exposures typical of the Montagne de Reims and with a strong presence of Pinot Noir, alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier; some parcels come from communes recognized as Premier Cru.
