Amor de Deutz in magnum, enclosed in the elegant gift box, expresses a refined and immediately pleasing character. The bubbles are fine and lively, the aromatic profile plays between white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, with light hints of freshly toasted bread that add depth without weighing it down.

On the palate it shows a saline and fresh balance, with a soft texture that supports the sip and a clean persistence that leaves room for a fruity return. It doesn't seek showy effects, but rather an agreeable overall elegance that makes it versatile and convincing. The magnum format helps maintain compact tension and enhances the drinking experience on convivial occasions; the gift box makes it a thoughtful and striking present. Serve cool, around 8-10 °C, to appreciate its freshness and finesse. It pairs easily with mildly flavored seafood dishes, shellfish, delicate appetizers and fresh cheeses; it works just as well as the sparkling opening to a dinner or as a toast on festive occasions.

Winery history
Founded in Aÿ by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, the Maison established itself in the Champagne scene thanks to the quality of its cuvées. Over time it underwent phases of modernization and changes in ownership that enabled investments in its production facilities; today it is part of the Louis Roederer group. The cellar uses its historic chalk galleries for aging and continues to showcase the area's crus.
Production philosophy
Priority is given to respect for the terroir and to patience: the estate favors distinct vinifications for each cru, carefully calibrated blends and extended cellar aging to develop complexity and finesse, rather than rapid production cycles or invasive manipulations.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is rooted in Aÿ and draws on parcels distributed across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The House works both estate vineyards and grapes selected from growers in the surrounding municipalities.
