Champagne Audace - Chassenay d'Arce is born in the renowned Champagne region, a territory famous for its ideal climatic conditions and calcareous soils, perfect elements for grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This champagne expresses elegance and freshness, thanks to traditional bottle fermentation and prolonged aging on the lees, which gives complexity and finesse to the aromatic profile.

On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of white flowers, ripe citrus fruits, and a slight hint of bread crust, typical of the long resting period. On the palate, it surprises with its vibrant acidity balanced by a enveloping softness, with flavors of green apple and almond, delivering a persistent and refined finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with dishes based on fish, shellfish, or fresh cheeses, Audace embodies the strength and personality of the Chassenay d'Arce house, offering a balanced and memorable tasting experience.
