Perrier-Jouët's Belle Epoque Rosé immediately reveals its elegance: fine perlage and an aromatic weave that combines rose petals and small red fruits with delicate pastry hints. On the nose it is refined without being austere, inviting with fragrant notes that never tip into excess; the profile remains fresh and well-defined, with a structure that leaves room both for lightness and for a pleasant palate presence.

On the palate it shows a balance between liveliness and roundness, with a sapidity that supports the sip and a persistence that echoes the fruity component. Excellent served chilled but not ice-cold, it enhances seafood starters, shellfish, raw fish preparations and light white meat dishes; it also pairs well with red fruit desserts. Fondata all'inizio dell'Ottocento come casa di Champagne a Épernay, Perrier‑Jouët è cresciuta con una forte identità legata all'arte e alla botanica dei suoi fondatori.
