It is a versatile wine, suitable as an aperitif but also able to accompany fish dishes, shellfish and foods of moderate intensity; it also pairs with fresh cheeses and small fried preparations. Tasting is recommended at around 8–10 °C. Store in a cool, light-protected place. It is best enjoyed in tulip-shaped glasses that concentrate the aromas.
