Champagne Clair De Siècle 2009 produced by Cottet-Dubreuil is an exclusive selection that enchants aficionados of this genre. This exquisite champagne boasts a pale gold color and a very fine perlage that invites tasting. The aromas are an intense combination of green apple, toasted hazelnuts, and subtle hints of brioche, enriched by a delicate mineral note that highlights its origin from the prestigious Champagne region in northern France.

On the palate, Clair De Siècle 2009 is lively and refined. The balance between acidity and creaminess is sublime, leading to a long and persistently aromatic finish. The 2009 vintage was particularly favorable, giving this champagne a rich and well-defined structure.

Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs wonderfully with delicate dishes such as oysters, fish carpaccios, and creamy cheeses. This champagne not only celebrates great occasions but is also a magnificent tribute to Cottet-Dubreuil's winemaking tradition, which continues to excel in producing high-caliber champagne.
