The Champagne Cru Blanc De Blancs Vieilles Vignes from the Perrot-Batteux winery is a sublime expression of the elegance and purity of Chardonnay from meticulously selected old vines. This prestigious cuvée is the result of careful vinification, during which the wine matures for several years on lees, allowing the development of extraordinary aromatic complexity and depth.

Visually, it presents a bright straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage that hints at the quality of the sip. On the nose, this champagne reveals a refined bouquet of citrus, white flowers, honey, and mineral notes, which intertwine in an enveloping aroma. On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively, with an extraordinary creaminess that blends into perfect balance with marked minerality and a long aromatic persistence.

This Blanc de Blancs is ideal as a prestigious aperitif or paired with delicate dishes such as seafood, baked fish, or white meats. Its elegance also makes it perfect for celebrating special occasions, offering an unforgettable sensory experience to the most discerning wine lovers.
