Champagne Dom Ruinart 2013 represents the restrained, measured expression of the House of Ruinart in a recent vintage. In the glass it shows a pale golden color and fine perlage; the aromatic profile is composed and refined, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, ripe citrus and white flowers, plus a hint of biscuit. The balance of freshness and structure is apparent, giving the wine an elegant personality without excess.

It is recommended to serve it well chilled, around 8–10°C, in flutes or narrow glasses to showcase its effervescence and delicate aromas. It pairs with light seafood dishes, elegant starters and raw fish preparations, while remaining a versatile choice for aperitifs and celebratory moments. Store away from light and temperature fluctuations; it is ready for immediate enjoyment but also offers interest with a short cellar maturation. It is suited to those seeking a wine of measured character, able to accompany special moments without ostentation.
