The Champagne Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009 by Ruinart shows a delicate salmon-pink hue and fine perlage. On the nose there are fragrances of small red fruits, citrus zest and floral nuances, accompanied by a hint of delicate spice. On the palate it is fresh and sapid, with a balance of acidity and structure that supports a soft, vibrant texture. The finish is long and clean, with fruity echoes and a mineral note that enhances persistence.

It works well as an aperitif or with dishes of shellfish, grilled fish and light white meats; it also suits desserts based on red fruits. Serve well chilled, around 8-10 °C, in narrow-opening sparkling wine glasses to appreciate the bubbles and aromatic development. It is also pleasant with fresh soft cheeses. Suitable for celebratory moments or for those seeking an elegant, restrained rosé to serve simply.
