Champagne Dom Ruinart 2013 in the Chalk Wrap packaging appears luminous, pale yellow with golden highlights and a fine, persistent bead. On the nose it shows complex aromas ranging from white-fleshed fruit and ripe citrus to light almond nuances; with aeration more developed notes of bread crust and a discreet mineral sensation emerge. On the palate it is vertical, with good freshness and savory threads, the balance favouring the finesse of the bubbles and a finish that recalls citronella and lemon zest with a light floral return.

It is a bottle suited to occasions that call for elegance and restraint: it pairs with delicate seafood starters, steamed shellfish or white fish dishes, but also stands up to more refined pairings such as mollusc preparations. Recommended serving temperature around 8–10 °C and tulip glasses to enhance the aromas. The Chalk Wrap packaging adds an aesthetic and protective element, making it suitable as a gift or for table presentation.
