Champagne Feu from Domaine Augustin is born in the heart of the historic Champagne region in France, a terroir famous for its vineyards planted on limestone soils that give freshness and minerality to the wines. This champagne, made from a blend of traditional grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, reflects the elegance and complexity typical of the area. The classic method of bottle fermentation and prolonged aging on the lees enhance the finesse of the bubbles, delivering a fine and persistent perlage.

On the nose, it opens with delicate aromas of ripe white fruit, floral notes of hawthorn, and a hint of bread crust derived from the aging, which provides structure and depth. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a vibrant acidity that balances softness and supports a savory and slightly citrus finish. Champagne Feu is perfect for celebratory moments but also pairs excellently with sophisticated dishes such as crustaceans, baked fish, and soft cheeses, enhancing their freshness without overpowering the flavors. An authentic and refined expression of the Champagne territory, capable of moving every enthusiast.
