Pairing Aperitifs, fish, shellfish
Champagne Le Réserve by Billecart-Salmon in magnum format, housed in a refined wooden case, represents the elegance and tradition of the famous maison from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Produced with selected grapes of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, this champagne reflects the expert art of blending, which imparts balance and complexity to the final product.

The long aging on the lees, typical of Billecart-Salmon, gives Le Réserve a fine and persistent perlage, while delicate notes of ripe citrus, white flowers, bread crust, and a light hint of toasted almonds emerge on the nose. On the palate, it is creamy and harmonious, with a vibrant freshness that balances a soft and tasty structure, characterized by a clean and savory finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with refined fish dishes, shellfish, and egg-based preparations, this champagne enhances every moment of conviviality with its timeless class. The wooden case adds an aesthetic value ideal for an exclusive gift or elegant storage.
