The Champagne Vielle Réserve of Maison Tornay is an edition that expresses the excellence of the Champagne tradition, coming from the renowned Champagne region in France. Made mainly with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, this vintage benefits from a long aging on the lees, which gives it refined aromatic complexity and an elegant structure.

In the glass, it shows a bright golden yellow, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it reveals itself as enveloping, with scents of ripe white-fleshed fruit, notes of bread crust, and a hint of toasted almond, a typical expression of the long resting on the lees. On the palate, it is vibrant and fresh, with a harmonious balance between acidity and softness, ideal to accompany fine fish dishes, crustaceans, or a refined goat cheese-based entrée.

This Champagne lives in its elegance and versatility, embodying the spirit of Maison Tornay and the Grand Cru hills from which the grapes come.
